About the Course

Mandala Art & Mindfulness is a creative and meditative course designed to help you relax, focus, and reconnect with yourself through color and form. Each week you will paint or color a new mandala on a specific theme, guided by gentle mindfulness practices, self-coaching questions, and the use of essential oils to deepen your experience.

This course combines artistic expression with inner reflection, making it both inspiring and calming. No previous art experience is required – just curiosity and openness.

This class is part of our growing Mandala Room program – a space dedicated to exploring mandalas as tools for creativity, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

Course Schedule & Price

  • When: Every Friday at 10:30
  • The first class of Mandala Art & Mindfulness will take place on Friday, October 3rd.
  • Duration: 1 hour per session
  • Price:
    • €60 for a monthly pass (4 classes)
    • €20 per single class
  • All materials are provided

Each session focuses on a new theme, enriched with essential oils and reflective questions, so every class is a unique experience.


How to Join

You can choose to attend regularly or drop in for a single class.
Spaces are limited to ensure a personal and mindful atmosphere.


More About the Method

Mandala Art & Mindfulness is more than a creative class, it is a practice that combines art, psychology, and mindfulness. Symbols are not just beautiful forms; they are powerful tools that can gently guide the mind into specific states of awareness.

When we focus on symbolic shapes and engage in the calming, repetitive act of coloring or drawing, the brain naturally shifts into an alpha flow state, a rhythm where relaxation and focus meet. Research shows that this state supports creativity, emotional balance, and problem-solving, making it easier for new ideas and insights to appear.

A central part of this practice is the question you bring with you. Neuroscience tells us that once a question is asked, the brain continues to search for answers, even beneath the surface of awareness. The mandala process provides the ideal conditions for those answers to emerge naturally, not through pressure, but through calm reflection and intuitive association.

This method harmonizes three elements:
