Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.
Most of our items are original, one-of-a-kind artworks and are sold as final sale, with no option for return or refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Returns

We only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged items, and only with prior written approval.
Returns without email confirmation from us will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of our decision and provide return instructions if applicable.


Non-returnable items

  • Original artworks (paintings, drawings, sculptures, unique objects)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

If your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.
Original artworks cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Exchanges may be granted for:

  • Limited edition art prints
  • Fine art photographs
    …but only in cases of verified production error or shipping damage.

To request an exchange, email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • description of the issue
  • supporting photos

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during shipping.


Gifts

Items marked as gifts are non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery.
If a return is approved, a gift credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
