While our classes provide numerous therapeutic benefits, they are not therapy sessions or official mental health consultations. We aim to create a supportive and creative environment for all, but please understand that these sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health services.

Class Details

  • Instructor: Inta Leora, experienced mandala artist and teacher.
  • Location: Camí de l’Algar, 14, 03590 Altea, Alicante
  • Schedule: Every Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM 
  • Duration: 2 hours per session.
  • Materials Provided: All art supplies are included.
  • Price: 35 EUR per class or 120 EUR for a package of four classes.
  • Themes: The topic of the class changes twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience.

Understanding the Foundations of Our Approach

In truth, reality is far more complex and vast than we often perceive. Each person carries within them an incredibly rich and varied range of experiences and memories. We are all unique, and there are no quick or simple solutions to life’s challenges.

When we begin to awaken to our true selves, the greatest tests often lie ahead. It’s at this point that we must find a new foundation, learn to trust ourselves, and develop the strength to navigate new challenges. We must accept and coexist with a broader, more expansive reality. It’s all too easy to fall back into old patterns or get lost on misleading paths.

Working on oneself is a continuous process, one that should not be rushed. The idea that pushing oneself through intense retreats or forced practices will lead to greater rewards is an illusion. It’s similar to overtraining in sports—forcing it only results in injury. You can’t train your muscles intensely for six months and then expect to do nothing afterward. We must treat ourselves with great care and love.

That’s why I created the Mandala Art and Mindfulness classes, to provide a space where you can work on yourself with love and patience. In these classes, I offer tools that have helped me the most at various stages of my journey.

The main goal of the Mandala classes is to listen to your inner self, your intuition, and the voice of your heart, thus becoming a free, independent, and confident personality. These classes are meant for those who are just beginning their spiritual awakening, as well as those who have already experienced it. The fundamentals remain the same:

  • Learning to listen to yourself and understand your needs
  • Releasing harmful and painful patterns
  • Setting goals, pursuing them, and creating consciously

Each Mandala class focuses on one of these elements as the main theme.

Every class includes three essential parts that form a unified practice:

  1. Self-Analysis: Reflecting on your current state and understanding what needs attention.
  2. Guided Meditation: Practicing mindfulness to connect more deeply with the present moment.
  3. Mandala Drawing: Engaging in a creative exercise with a specific focus, helping to integrate what you’ve learned.
